With a career spanning more than 38 years, Tony brings a wealth of knowledge with him. Beginning as a Claims Manager with Provincial Insurance, he has led transformational programmes for AXA Insurance, developed new supply chain and claims building repair validation processes for Capita Insurance along with leading a diverse claims strategy for Zurich Insurance. 

This experience with a number of global insurers provides Tony with real insight of corporate strategy, customer service delivery, technology and best practice that will enable us to further develop our value propositions, ultimately enhancing the service we deliver to our clients.
