Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will only collect basic personal data about you, which does not include any special categories of personal information about you (often known as ‘sensitive personal data’). We collect images of your vehicle, your vehicle registration mark (VRM) and dates / times of vehicle movement by ANPR cameras situated at the location. No other personal data is collected.
We process your data as it is necessary under the following lawful bases for processing personal data:

Consent - By entering a car park the individual has given clear consent to process their personal data for a specific purpose.

We need the basic personal data in order to provide our requesting clients with the necessary information in order for them to consider their position.
All the personal data held will only be processed by our staff in the United Kingdom and will be held on a secure network (computer) within the United Kingdom. Data will be retained for a set period only and then destroyed securely.
