As part of our recent BS102000 accreditation, in preparation of the Regulation of the Private Investigation industry, a number of our staff have now successfully achieved the IQ Level 2 Organisation Award in Security Screening of Staff - Understanding and Implementing BS7858:2012.
All new employees that join our workforce must undergo a series of screening checks and we employ the best practice procedure of screening to BS7858 standard during our recruitment process.
The British Standard ensures that a more in depth check of new employees is carried out. This includes, in addition to standard checks, a 5 year reference check and address verification, DBS criminal checks, as well as identity and credit checks.
